Ti-Paul was the friendly nickname given to the first owner of a pitiful land of Saint-Elzéar. A land so badly damaged that it was even called swamp at that time. In 1998, the tide changed: Mario Gilbert bought the land to clear it. After hard work, this desolate land has become a magnificent and abundant agrotourism orchard.
