Ti-Paul was the friendly nickname given to the first owner of land located in Saint-Elzéar. An undeveloped land, so much so that it was even called a swamp at the time. In 1998, the tide turned: Mario Gilbert, with his partner and accomplice Chantal Joly, bought the land to clear it. After hard work, this desolate land became a magnificent and abundant agrotourism orchard. This old renovated barn now houses a brewery, a cider house, a distillery, a boutique, a bistro and a tart shop.
