I love stopping by Le Ricaneux to sample their unique products. Whether it’s for a guided tour, a tasting platter, or just to enjoy a nice glass of Pimpante on the terrace, it’s the perfect place to discover something new.

The terrace at Bleu Citron is one of the most beautiful in Quebec! With tables scattered along the waterfront, home-style cooking made with local ingredients, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re on vacation, it’s the perfect spot for happy hour or dinner with friends.

Tucked away in one of Bellechasse’s most picturesque vineyards, this winery offers a fine selection of wines to enjoy on its covered terrace. Guided tours of the vineyards are also available on-site. It’s my favorite spot for a quiet aperitif.

Several times a year, I like to explore the park. Between hiking, mountain biking, obstacle courses, and camping in the woods, there’s plenty to get away from it all! My favorite hike that’s a cut above the rest: the Abris-sous-roche trail.

It was Nancy and Denis who introduced me to the camerise, that little blue fruit with a unique flavor. After a quick session of picking my own, I can’t resist a cocktail or a lemonade on their terrace. A delicious stop that lets you discover a fruit that isn’t well known enough!

Sylvie and Jacob are passionate about raising Highland cattle and Berkshire pigs in a rural setting. After enjoying a legendary burger at their bistro, I always leave with a bag full of their homemade products. A warm welcome and a generous plate of food await me every time I visit!

For a great kayaking trip, head to the winding waters of the Etchemin River. Calm waters, mountainous scenery, and a few rapids for the adventurous. Whether you rent a boat or bring your own, this is my favorite spot in nature during the summer!

As soon as the warm weather arrives, I stop by Le Frisson. The menu is practically endless, but my all-time favorite is still the Tulipes with fresh fruit. It’s a must-visit, whether it’s after a good hike or for a sweet treat at the end of the evening!

There’s nothing better than an evening at the theater to unwind. Delightful comedies, an intimate venue, and talented actors: a true summer classic! The dinner-and-a-show package is even better. I always leave with a smile on my face and a light heart.

I love stopping by the Fromagerie du Terroir in Bellechasse. Their cheeses are named after villages in the region, and the shop is filled with carefully selected local products. A tribute to the Bellechasse region—to be enjoyed without moderation!

La Ferme À Ciel Ouvert is my favorite sweet spot in the area! From my very first visit, I fell in love with their vanilla twist and strawberry sorbet, and I’ve never looked back. Fruity, fresh, and made with love: you’ve got to try it!
