This intimate, Japanese-inspired spa, far from the crowds, is my perfect spot to unwind. Hot and cold baths, hammam, salt caves… and then it’s off to the hammock or chaise longue, doing nothing (and taking it 100% personally!). The little extra? A poké bol or a ramen from Café Sento. The ultimate relaxation combo.

Spring is finally here, and the bike paths are reopening, much to my delight! The one along the Etchemin River is my early-season classic: breathtaking views of the water, lookouts, rest areas… it’s all there for a great cycling or walking trip. It’s simple: it’s always my first bike outing of the spring!

Every year, Lévisium returns… and I fall back into child mode! Between the booths, the immersive experiences and the crazy entertainers, this is the festival that puts stars in your eyes. The ideal combo? Stroll between the free activities and choose a special activity with the day pass ($). Fun guaranteed, even for grown-ups!

Spring also means the return of the birds! In this rare and preserved peat bog, you can observe over 100 bird species and 150 plant species, all in the company of a naturalist-guide… or at your own pace. In June, I go there with my family to get away from it all. It’s a bubble of tranquillity to be savoured without rushing.

This year, we’re celebrating 200 years of a shipyard that left its mark on Canadian history! From June 4 onwards, a new program awaits the curious – and I’m looking forward to discovering the fresh exhibits. The past still has a lot to tell.

Everyone knows about the Maison Alphonse-Desjardins – and it’s well worth a visit! But, just next door, few people know that you can also visit the Édifice Desjardins and its POP-SAC-À-VIE exhibition. Objects, testimonials and even enigmatic games to solve on site. A surprising (and free!) detour… and too little known!

As soon as spring arrives, I’ll be on the lookout for this little gem to reopen! It’s hard to beat a great lunch in their warm atmosphere. And when the sun’s out, their terrace (no reservations required!) becomes my favorite spot. My ritual: a blueberry molle. Impossible to resist.

For me, the Festibière is the real kick-off to summer! The concept is evolving: even more fun, even more flavors, and still a breathtaking view of the river. Exceptional microbreweries, a festive atmosphere, and two evenings with Jay Scott and Clay and Friends. It’s a date I never miss – a taste of summer in spades!

Their gins already have a solid reputation – wild blueberry, maple, fruit punch… it’s hard to resist! For my part, I love introducing friends to the Appalachian Experience: an evening of unhurried tasting. It’s a great way to discover (or rediscover) their spirits… one glass at a time!

When someone asks me for a good “bed and breakfast” address in Lévis, I immediately think of Le Plumard. Marie-Josée and Tony’s welcome is as warm as the location, right in the heart of Vieux-Lévis, with the Château Frontenac as a backdrop. And the breakfasts? Unforgettable. It’s simple: everyone talks about them, and with good reason!
