Between the flower-filled gardens and the view of the river, I come here mainly to walk the new bird trail, taking in the peace and quiet and the birdsong. Then I finish with a delightful picnic, savoring every moment.

I’m here for the toboggan run—a thrilling mix of high speeds and breathtaking views… the perfect blend of freedom and adrenaline. Then I’ll extend the fun at the beach, where I can relax and explore the new amenities. Psst… a brand-new water play area will be open this summer!

I come for their gorgeous, light-filled rooftop terrace, where time seems to slow down… and to try their ready-to-drink beverages—fresh, local, and just perfect for summer. A simple, delicious, and unapologetically enjoyable break.

When it gets hot, I head here to cool off and have some fun: 40-foot water slides, a sandy beach, and a beach-entry pool. Starting in July, I explore Georges’s lighted trail—a new attraction you won’t want to miss.

On my bike, I let myself be carried along this peaceful path, passing by works of art and open landscapes… then I try out the 7-seater tandem bike—the only one of its kind in Canada (reservations required)—or rent a bike from Bi-Sports to keep the fun going.

I come here for their sundaes, which change every week, topped with a homemade fruit sauce made from their own berries… a truly fresh, simple, and irresistible treat when the heat sets in.

Even when it’s not harvest season, I come by on the weekends to stock up on their wines, which are now available all summer long thanks to extended hours and their brand-new kiosk… a great excuse to come back and enjoy the vineyard whenever I feel like it.

Rain or shine, I come here to relax, between the completely redesigned interior and this beautiful covered terrace… the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee in hand, no matter the weather.

In June, I go to Matto-Val to pick my own organic strawberries straight from the field… then I treat myself to a strawberry-vanilla soft-serve, made with their own fruit. A simple, fresh, and deeply satisfying treat.

When I’m out cycling, I stop here to enjoy a buckwheat crepe in this charming old barn… between the terrace, the fireplace area, and the bar, I always find the perfect spot to linger a while.

I settle down on the beer garden-style terrace at the foot of the orchard to sample their new fruity ciders—morello cherry, kiwi, pear… fresh, vibrant, and perfect for summer. A simple, delicious moment in the open air.

I stop here to slow down, between the suspension bridge and the Palmer River… I take it all in, then give in to the temptation to take a dip on the sandy shore. A moment all to myself—simple and precious.
