Le Bistreau d'érable

While the city energizes us, nature stimulates our inspiration and allows us to recharge our batteries. This is why we often feel the need to land there and venture there. So we jumped at the chance to discover the Chaudière-Appalaches under its white coat, for a rejuvenating stay in the middle of the mountains. It is with passion and conviction that Noémie Gautreau-Régnier tells the evolution of her maple grove in Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard: Le Bistreau d'Érable. Since she and her husband, Jérôme, took over the reins of the family business in 2004, they have acquired a neighboring sugar bush, obtained organic certification and developed many maple products to promote their precious syrup that shines on the inventive and modern menu.
