Active Nature The long winter weekend of Jeanne and Nancy in Chaudière-Appalaches !
The adventure started right when we arrived at Parc régional du Massif du Sud: the PODs were not accessible by car in winter. With a sled, we made a little trail to our lodging with our luggages. We quickly felt nature calling: tall pines covered with snow, fresh air, silence.

So we went to Buckland early in the day to visit the Cassis and Melisse farm and then go for a snack at the Pub de la Contrée.

Foody Nature Tourist Wanted: The Foodie

My parents always did a lot of cooking at home and the smells, the sounds of meats being cooked as they crackle in the pan and the panoply of flavours have always been a part of my life. And so, it was no great surprise that I ended up becoming a chef, a gourmand and the perfect person to fit the profile of ‘’Foodie Wanted’’.
