Les vergers du Cap

It's amazing how a café can revitalize the heart of a village! I'm always delighted to see this when we stop for a bite to eat at Babel Café in Cap-Saint-Ignace. Cyclists drop in to relax, students meet to chat, locals mingle with passing tourists... it's a sight to behold! The old presbytery has been given a new lease on life, a vast, bright space with the delicious aroma of coffee, of course.

The former owners of Les Vergers du Cap, located in Cap-Saint-Ignace, had been cultivating organically for 14 years when they found a new generation of confidence in Alain Jetté and Pascal Lessard. Already seasoned in growing orchards, they took over the land in 2019 and made a smooth transition, sponsored by their predecessors who passed on to them the knowledge of the particularities of the territory.
