Every fall, it's like a ritual, I go on the road with my friend and the best photographer, Stéphanie Allard, in search of colors. We left a friday morning in late September and we drove to the Beauce, in the heights. Here are some memories of our charming drive, very simple, as we like.

The very first barley harvest on the Poulin family farm took place in 2010. For Paul and Gilbert Poulin, the brewery project was not complete without the self-production of the grains that go into their beers. Eight years after acquiring the farmland, they could therefore brew their first beer.
