Just back from Lanaudière, I already wanted to leave again and discover another region of Quebec. So, on a beautiful Sunday, I took the road towards Bellechasse, in Chaudière-Appalaches. In my opinion, this is a region that is little known and yet full of local discoveries. After a short visit to the Chaudières-Appalaches tourism website, I left for the day.

Dernière journée de 2021, on flâne en famille en cherchant une activité du jour qui plaira à tous. On décide de prendre la route vers un coin de Bellechasse qu’on connaît moins, sans plan ni attente, bien qu’en souhaitant faire de belles découvertes.

Located in Saint-Lazare-de-Bellechasse, the Mille Fleurs farm became a beautiful free-range mixed animal farm in 2016. All year round, there is Highland beef, rustic pork, goats, geese and horses. Without forgetting their country restaurant directly on site!
