Just a few steps from Quebec City, start your journey by taking the first exit on the right indicating the Parc des chutes de la Chaudière where the falls of 35 meters high offer a striking sight.
Then, start your adventure in the heart of the Beauce culture by taking exit 124 on Highway 73. Continue your route with the Chaudière river as the only compass and as scenery the beautiful Beauceron valleys.
Head to Ste-Marie to tour the attractions. You will meet real enthusiasts who have shaped the Beauce culture. Let yourself be told the stories behind the famous Vachon cakes at the Maison J.A Vachon and/or those of the first pioneers of air at Musée de l'Aviation . Discover the Galerie d'art de Sainte-Marie and the Maison Pierre-Lacroix , the oldest stone house in Beauce. Come meet a passionate gold blacksmith who will make you discover a unique Économusée® .
To end your day in a festive way, head to the Broche à Foin in Scott (reservation required). Start at 16h with an aperitif on the charming terrace. At 18h, a 3-course dinner will be served so that from 20h you will be accompanied by two pianists who have arrived from San Diego and their grand piano. A party more than festive awaits you!
