Located in the former Convent, the Centre Multi-Arts Saint-Gédéon offers a full program of shows. It houses the Musée de la Chapelle and a visual arts and crafts exhibition. Take a few steps behind this heritage building to discover the Podium Papal, a symbol of Beauce entrepreneurship! Illuminated at night, this steel structure topped the podium on which Pope John Paul II celebrated his first mass on Canadian soil in 1984. The podium was repatriated to Saint-Gédéon, where it was built by Beauce engineers and one of its flagships, Canam.
