The snowmobile junction between trail #547 and trail #549, breathtaking!

"Look ahead, look ahead, look ahead!" is what I kept mentally repeating to myself to concentrate on my driving on this local trail between #547 and #549. Not always easy!

I absolutely must take a look back at our our Adventurer snowmobile outing with friends last winter. During this outing, there was one section that required all my concentration: the junction between trail #547 and trail #549.

It's funny, it reminded me of the time when we did the Pacific Coast Highway in California (I was the driver) and my sister and I (as well as all the other passengers) kept wanting to stop, only to finally be able to stop and take pictures. Except that this time on a snowmobile, it's just as complicated, if not more so, to stop and get out all your photo gear, and it's a bit more cold too, let's say...

But that's just to tell you that I've already done the Pacific Coast Highway... Well no, but to illustrate how beautiful this junction between trail #547 and trail #549 is!

Here ... We are Elsewhere!

About the junction between trail #547 and trail #549

Spectacular ascents and descents... a long, winding route that offers incredible views of valleys and snow-capped mountains.  Breathtaking vantage points. It's really worth taking the time to stop.

But enough of the chatter, and as Yvon Deschamps often said in his monologues, "We don't want to know, we want to see!"
