Whether you’re a small family looking for adventure or a group of friends celebrating an event, this resort, set between lake and mountains, is the perfect place. I had the pleasure of being surprised here to celebrate my 40th birthday. The surprise was total!

The upstairs terrace overlooks the beach and pool. The kids are already soaking in the hot tub on the 2nd terrace. Everyone is delighted and excited about the weekend of activities ahead!
For supper, we head for Le Pub, a two-minute walk from the chalet. Arriving on the sunny terrace…

Modern cottages, luxury hotel rooms, 4-star camping and even little shacks for duos. Our favorites are the comfortable 6-person ready-to-camp units with mezzanine, kitchenette, indoor fireplace, BBQ… and lake views!

Ready to camp inside, Boisé du Domaine | ThetfordBy staying at the chalet, we had access to the activity pass for the day. It’s available to all visitors at an affordable price. Some early risers have already decided to take advantage of the lake by renting a kayak or pedalo. It’s always fun to see your friend take a paddleboard landing while taking her first sip of coffee. A group has set off to challenge the 40-footers at Le Relief climbing center. The kids are already going back and forth between the chalet and the supervised sandy beach. The super inflatable course in the middle of the lake is a real crowd-pleaser. The little ones have fun challenging the teens’ balance. Everything is set up to keep an eye on the group.
A corner of the beach is set up with games of skill. Between games: swimming, chatting on deckchairs, cocktails, mini-golf… What more could you ask for? Psst! For the lucky youngsters who go, a brand-new indoor fun center has been installed since my stay in 2023.
Nestled in the heart of nature, this resort knows how to bring people together for a remarkable stay. Our reservation is already made for next summer… 41 years is a great way to celebrate!
