The friendly atmosphere
As always, a four-course gourmet menu is available Wednesday through Saturday for both Auberge guests and visitors without accommodations.
The ingredients used to create their delicious menus come from over 70 local producers in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. They take great pride in showcasing the work of local people!
