As always, a four-course gourmet menu is available Wednesday through Saturday for both Auberge guests and visitors without accommodations.
The ingredients used to create their delicious menus come from over 70 local producers in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. They take great pride in showcasing the work of local people!

New this summer: Be a Chef for a Night at Les Glacis
From Sunday through Tuesday, guests staying overnight can cook up a feast on the BBQ: grilled meats, cold cuts, and salads will be available on a self-service basis for dinner. Head out to the terrace and enjoy a hassle-free meal!
A Party with the Pollux Band
This summer, the Pollux Band is taking the stage for a series of pop-up performances. The band—made up of innkeeper Nancy and her family—will take the stage, sometimes on a whim, sometimes with just a few days’ notice! The Pollux Band is the heart of the inn, and our guests are part of the family.

Le Poulailler, located right next door to the inn, has retained its “historic” look, covered in cedar shingles with a “Glacis red” tin roof, and has been completely refurbished inside! This friendly chalet is available for groups of 8 to 10 people, for extended stays.
