This itinerary lies to the east of the region in the Appalachian Mountains. This 414 km (257 mi.) loop will take you through a multitude of maple groves and two regional parks.

 The new tower at Mont Saint-Magloire

A brand new observation tower has been erected at the summit of Mont Saint-Magloire (917 m). Rising to almost 63 feet (19 metres), the tower offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the magnificent Appalachian landscape. On a clear day, visitors can admire the Laurentians to the north and Mount Katahdin, Maine’s majestic peak, to the south.

01 The sugar bush sector Between St-Pamphile and Saint-Adalbert

On the Trans-Québec 55 between St-Pamphile and Saint-Adalbert, there are several long straight stretches that take you through a multitude of maple groves. A real beauty!
