In a few words

Oxymore Microbrasserie is a craft brewery that aims to produce 100% local beers. These are made from ingredients produced near the brewery and from the MRC de Lotbinière.

It is possible to drink on site in their cozy tasting room that can accommodate up to 32 people.

Board games and a console are at your disposal and occasional guided tours can take place. Different regional products are also offered in snack foods and it is also possible to bring your food or have it delivered.

A beer fridge to take away and a growler filling service is also available.

The opening hours are as follows*:
- Monday to Wednesday: closed
- Thursday: 4-8 p.m.
- Friday: 12 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Saturday: 1 p.m.-8 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m.-5 p.m.

Originally from the region, the co-founders of Oxymore Microbrasserie wanted with their project to revitalize the municipality of Saint-Gilles and create a pole of attraction. A little more than two years after the opening, and despite a pandemic which posed its share of challenges, it is clear that the mission is accomplished: visitors are numerous and the beers are in demand.
