Owner of land for twenty years in the beautiful country town of Saint-Malachie, Roy Shniper quickly realized the importance of eating locally. On his initiative, alongside his wife, his son and some citizens of the village, he decided to create a market that brings together producers from Bellechasse in order to promote their work to residents.
