New rewarding term for farmhouse cheese

The Quebec Dairy Industrial Council (CILQ) welcomes the announcement by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Quebec (MAPAQ), André Lamontagne, who has just authorized, on March 29, a standard that officially frames the value-added term Farmer's cheese.
