Saint-Philémon Parcours du Mont St-Magloire

Direction Parc du Massif du Sud: Mont Saint-Magloire, rising to 917 meters, offers you a considerable challenge, especially in winter. The climb to the summit will be a memorable adventure! Departure deadline: 9:30 a.m.

WE GO FOR

Admire one of the park’s most spectacular views from the summit of the brand new 63-foot observation tower, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire region. And to extend the adventure, four other day trails exceed 10 km, not forgetting the two long-distance routes with overnight stays available in pods or Eclipse ready-to-camp.

Saint-Joseph-de-Coleraine The Great Loop of Mont Caribou

Heading for the 3 Monts: Departing from Chalet Desjardins, the Great loop of Mont Caribou (10 km, elevation gain 533 m) puts your calves to the test: between mixed forests and mining landscapes, the climb is intense but unforgettable. Allow around 4 hours 30 minutes for your outing.

WE GO FOR

The 360° panoramic view of the mining landscape and surrounding mountains rewards every effort! And to restore your strength after the effort, you can stay in a yurt, at the Desjardins chalet or in a modern ready-to-camp on site. (Dogs not allowed, as the site is an ecological reserve).

Sainte-Lucie-de-Beauregard Mont Sugar Loaf

Direction Parc des Appalaches: In winter, the ascent of Mont Sugar Loaf (7.4 km round trip) is transformed into a true Nordic adventure! The Garde-feu trail (#11) climbs to a summit once guarded by firekeepers, and today offers an unobstructed view of miles of white nature.

WE GO FOR

The sustained climb, the immaculate scenery and the panoramic view from the summit. And why not enjoy the full Mont Sugar Loaf experience: a cosy stay at the Micro-chalets des Appalaches and a sweet stop at the Bistreau d’érable. Pssst… For the real enthusiasts, the Tour du Sugar Loaf (13.9 km) promises an even more ambitious challenge.
