Legend of the coloring stages

  • It hasn’t really started yet, but it will soon
  • Early: 20 to 50% of trees colored
  • Middle: 50 to 70% of trees colored
  • Peak: 70-100% of trees colored
  • Declining (Apogee over, leaves starting to fall to the ground)
  • Finished

Color trends are updated regularly between September and October.

N.B. The % of foliage color progress is the percentage of the approximate surface area covered by fall color. The identification of observable colors is remarkable as soon as the percentage reaches 25% and yellow, orange and red become the dominant colors.
