Le BAL (Bureau des artistes du littoral)

Set on the banks of the river, this new space offers a host of services for cultural players and also welcomes guests from all walks of life.

Giving a new vocation to the former Sainte-Jeanne-d’Arc church, Le BAL invites the public to take part in a variety of events: Folk celebrations, swing evenings and concerts by the Lévis symphony orchestra are just some of the events on offer at BAL.

During the day and week, it’s also an inspiring and peaceful place to telework.

 Café Blou

Freshly opened this autumn, this new neighbourhood café is already shaping up to be a must. Lively, friendly and dynamic, it’s the perfect place for a business meeting and a delicious bagel sandwich made fresh daily, accompanied by a good latte.

Located at the entrance to Old Saint-Romuald, near the cycle path, Café Blou ‘s enthusiastic family welcome charmed us!

 Tambour Café

Whether you want to relax, chat, work, read or play board games, the Tambour Café is a favourite café in Vieux-Lévis. It’s a warm place where you can relax and unwind.

Speciality micro roasters, the co-owners’mission is to democratise the world of coffee. Each cup is filled with passion and rigour to ensure a top-quality coffee.

Tambour Café also hosts artistic and musical events, as well as public discussion evenings (the next one will be ‘Imagining a better future’). We love this kind of community involvement in our neighbourhood!
