- Take the Jean-Lesage highway (Aut. 20) eastbound
- Take exit 364 (towards St-François)
- At the stop sign, turn left onto Chemin St-François Montée
- At stop sign, turn right on rue Principale (Rte 132)
- Turn left on rue de la Marina
- Go to the end of the road, the river is in front of you. The Croisières Lachance office will be on your left, inside the Havre de Berthier-sur-Mer facilities.
From Montreal – (293 kilometers – about 3 hours)
- Take Autoroute Jean-Lesage (Aut. 20) eastbound
- Take exit 364 (towards St-François)
- At the stop sign, turn left onto Chemin St-François Montée
- At stop sign, turn right on rue Principale (Rte 132)
- Turn left on rue de la Marina

From the Berthier-sur-Mer marina to Grosse-Île
- Crossing by boat with Croisières Lachance. The cruise takes about 45 minutes to reach Grosse-Île.
