Domaine du Radar (Luge et glissades)

Le Domaine du Radar à Saint-Sylvestre a vraiment tout pour aller s'amuser en famille et ce, 4 saisons! Non seulement il s'agit d'un endroit unique pour pratiquer des activités hivernales de toutes sortes, l'été n'est pas en reste avec la plage, les sentiers de randonnée et d'hébertisme en plus de nous offrir en belle variété d'hébergements avec le camping, les chalets et bien sûr, les CoolBox! Ça faisait un moment que j'avais envie d'essayer ce nouvel hébergement avec les enfants. Récemment, l'occasion s'est présentée pour un séjour rapide d'une nuit et évidemment, ce ne fut pas assez!

Mount Sainte-Marguerite ... You may know it today under the name of Domaine du Radar, this former military base now a 4-season outdoor base where you can do many activities such as hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, visiting its bunker at the top, sleeping in chalets or in CoolBox and ... going down more than 2 kilometers in an Austrian toboggan!

In February 2020, the whole team will meet in a chalet at Domaine du Radar for a team building activity. On the menu: Annual planning, Austrian tobogganing, fun and relaxing time at the chalet.

The adventure started right when we arrived at Parc du Massif du Sud: the PODs were not accessible by car in winter. With a sled, we made a little trail to our lodging with our luggages. We quickly felt nature calling: tall pines covered with snow, fresh air, silence.

We had discovered the bucolic region of Chaudière-Appalaches this fall. Our favorite's had been unanimous for both of us. We did not have to convince ourselves twice to come back for a winter break. Back on our 4 day program!
