Located in a beautiful setting, our establishment makes a number of handcrafted products.
Each year we produce Ice cider, still, sparkling and on-tap ciders, apple “mistelles”, fresh apple juice, cider vinegar, natural honey and jelly.
Now our ten varieties of apples and fresh apple juice are certified biologic by Eco Cert Canada Assosication.
We only use certified products for the biological production.
All year it's possible to reserve the business room. Guides tours for groups and tasting are available to.
In September and October: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 1 AM to 5 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 9 AM to 5 PM November to August, weekends from 9 AM to 5 PM, or upon reservation.

More than 11 producers work together to showcase the flavors of the road, by being winners of several prestigious awards! The welcome, the charm, the know-how and the quality of the products of the agrotourism companies in Lotbinière completely convinced me to return there.

It was in 2009 that Jonathan Aubin and his wife, Émilie Vaillancourt, took the reins of the five hectares of orchards planted in Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly in 1983 by Jonathan's father, Émile Aubin.
