It was in 2002 that Annie Claessens and Patrick Soucy bought a magnificent ancestral farm located in Saint-Nicolas. With the land lying fallow at the time of purchase, it took the couple six years to restore it before welcoming their first herd of Jersey cows and starting dairy production.
