The Regroupement des Tables de concertation bioalimentaire du Québec (RTCBQ) is officially launching the start of registration for the 100% local Challenge, which will take place throughout the month of September. The Challenge, which is in its 8th edition, invites citizens from all regions of Quebec to make a gradual transition to increasingly local food, in times of plenty.
