From Québec City - (67 kilometers - approximately 50 minutes)
- Take Autoroute Jean-Lesage (Aut. 20, or the Trans-Canada Hwy.) heading east
- Take exit 364 (to St-François)
- At the stop sign, turn left on the road identified as "St-François Montée"
- At the next stop sign, turn right on "Rue Principale" (Rte. 132)
- Turn left on to "Rue de la Marina"
- Go to the end of this road, which ends at the river's shore. The office of Croisières Lachance will be on your left, inside the harbor facilities of Berthier-sur-Mer.
From Montreal - (293 kilometers - approximately 3 hours)
- Take Autoroute Jean-Lesage (Aut. 20, or theTrans-Canada Hwy.) heading east
