Designed and launched by nine partners of Saint-Georges, the La Pépite d´Or cheese dairy responded from the outset to the desire to promote locally produced milk. Twenty-six years later, the still flourishing cheese factory transforms up to 3,000 liters of milk per day into a range of fresh cheeses that are as daring as they are diverse.
