In collaboration with Resto-Bar Le Cube, Fromagerie Bergeron's street truck will crisscross the streets of Quebec and visit many events to introduce you to delicious Brins de Gouda and some of Bergeron's mature cheeses, always lactose-free! With a menu made up of 95% poutine, fans of this traditional Quebec dish will be delighted to be able to count on this new street truck brimming with cheese!
