The Mont Adstock Recreation and Tourism Station is recognized as a four-season outdoor destination in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. Accessible just 10 minutes from Thetford, Mont Adstock allows outdoor enthusiasts to practice several activities such as downhill skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing and hiking.

In winter, the resort is open from Thursday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Extension of opening hours during the Holidays and Spring Break.

Mount Adstock is certainly one of my favorite mountains in Quebec. With its summit at 712 meters and a drop of 335 meters (its shape evokes that of a volcano!) it has something to impress skiers and snowboarders. I had the chance to spend a weekend, hosted on the mountainside, to introduce my friends to this little hidden treasure.
