Inspired by the beautiful homes in Cape Cod, this home is directly on the shore of the St. Lawrence River offering a luxurious and exceptional view on the magnificent sunsets over Charlevoix. There is a slope to the river providing access to a beach for walks along the shore. This home has three stories and three and a half bathrooms which include heated flooring and ceramic showers. Four bedrooms with upscale and comfortable mattresses.Three of these rooms have a direct view on the river. The kitchen is fully-equipped in addition to the cellar. The kitchen and dining room floors are ceramic and heated and the floor in the basement is heated as well. There is a two-car garage, a gas fireplace in the living room, home theatre system, pool table, and outdoor hot tub. Two large balconies allow you to enjoy the view on the river and the sunsets.
