In a nutshell
This circuit follows the Chaudière river, famous for its spring floods. A cycling path crosses Scott and Sainte-Marie to reach Vallée-Jonction, once an important railway junction. The first section of the Véloroute de la Chaudière (north sector) between Charny and Scott is composed of different surfaces: shared roadway, paved shoulder and stone dust bike path. The only constant. Cycling with the Chaudière river at your side. Subsequently, a paved bike path leads you to Vallée-Jonction. The bike and belvedere stop at Sainte-Marie is the perfect place to take a break and enjoy the beauty of the Chaudière Valley.
