Our economuseums

An economuseum is a company operating in the arts and crafts or agri-food sector, using authentic know-how in the manufacture of its products. Come and meet four local artisans who will open their workshops to you, pass on their know-how and passion, and offer you products made on site.

1. Fromagerie fermière Cassis et Mélisse

Farmstead goat cheese ÉCONOMUSÉE

Discover the workings of this farm through a self-guided tour of the goat dairy or by taking part in a guided tour. The latter will enable you to learn more about goats and cheese-making. What’s more, a tasting session will allow you to appreciate the farm’s various gourmet products.

2. Le Ricaneux

ECONOMUSEUM of berry wines

The “Le Ricaneux” experience is authentic, friendly, contemporary and respectful of tradition. It’s the perfect place to laugh and explore! Self-guided or guided tours, discovery of the fruits in season, virtual reality tours of the different production processes and tastings await you, not to mention an interpretive trail, picnic area and terrace.

3. Le Bistreau d'érable

CULINARY SPACE – Sugar shack meals

Le Bistreau d’érable is located in the heart of the Chaudière-Appalaches region, and you’ll be enchanted by the natural surroundings. During your visit, enjoy a fine sugar shack meal, taste the products made on site and learn more about the history and production of maple. You can also enjoy delicious taffy on snow all year round!
