In a few words

Heir to the great culinary traditions of northern France, Muriel has enriched herself with regional recipes that she has discovered in the French regions where her career as an engineer in risk management has led her.

During his free time, it is towards the kitchen that Philippe has chosen to turn to offer his friends and family to share festive meals. He decides to take courses at the Atelier des Chefs to train and improve his skills in culinary preparation and cooking techniques.

Today, it is to our hosts and to lovers of good food that Muriel and Philippe want to share their passion for cooking.

For a dinner with friends, an office party or celebration, the Manoir d'Irlande offers two dining rooms where you will discover a cuisine that will make you travel to the French regions.

Since August 2015, Muriel Ricbourg and Philippe Royer have been welcoming their customers in an intimate and relaxing setting near Lake William and Saint-Ferdinand. Nestled in a heritage Anglican stone rectory in the heart of a vast park, their bed and breakfast, Au Manoir d’Irlande, offers five magnificent, comfortable rooms as well as a delicious French table with Quebecois accents.
