In a few words

Bistreau d'érable is a family-owned sugar bush located in the heart of the magnificent Parc des Appalaches. On site, tastings of our multiple handmade maple products, boutique, 40-place dining room permitting guests to enjoy a traditional maple meal composed of local products, maple pull tastings, guided tour of the sugar shack and the production of maple syrup.

Schedule

Year-round, March to May: dinner on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Off season: on request.
