In the shade of a barn with a unique architecture, the orchard has more than 1,000 apple trees of several varieties: Cortland, Honeycrisp, McIntosh, etc. A picnic area with stunning views of the river at the bottom of the orchard. Jérôme Aubin took a few detours through training in computer science and cooking, in particular, before studying agronomy and finally taking over the family farm in 2013.
