It all started when Sarah invited us to participate in a shoot for Chaudière-Appalaches. A weekend with friends to discover a new corner of the country? It is certain that we are interested! So we embarked on this adventure, without really knowing what to expect.

The Etchemins area of the Chaudière-Appalaches region holds a very special place in my heart. Since I was very young, I've spent many precious moments there, mainly in the village of Saint-Zacharie, where the family cottage was located. These childhood memories are engraved in my mind, and it was high time I returned to this region that has left such a lasting impression on me, to discover all its hidden treasures. Accompanied by my friend Mary, I had the chance to explore this fabulous part of the region to find the best activities and addresses that are sure to make your mouth water!

Ce n'est pas tous les jours que j'ai la chance de visiter un moulin à farine toujours en fonction. Ce bâtiment restauré est une mine d'or d'histoires, d'artéfacts et d'œuvres d'art. Une richesse de notre région à découvrir dans les Etchemins.

With buds bursting and birds chirping, comes the heady sense of renewal of the arrival of (true) spring! The return of good weather restores energy and the desire for discovery getaways of a few hours, a day or a weekend. It is therefore bewitched by this seasonal magic that we took the direction of Lac-Etchemin to meet Verso microbrasserie and Moulin La Lorraine.
