Le Somnambule is a hearthy place where authentic artisanal ciders are created, made with little to no human interventions. While letting the raw material express itself, the small team of Le Somnambule is always confident that it's quality will give rise to true work of arts.
Visitors are invited to discover the company's wide range of ciders, take a walk around the orchard, and enjoy the picnic areas and the terrace, which offers a spectacular view of the estate and the Etchemins River. A small shop is available for visitors who wish to stock up or taste the products inside in case of bad weather. In season, it is possible to pick blueberries and apples, which have been grown with great respect for nature, the company being in transition to organic farming.
Visiting the Somnambule means discovering an enchanting place, an endearing and passionate team, and more than twenty natural ciders that stand out for their authenticity and quality.
A few weeks after the release of our first cider "Le Sauvage", it made it's way on the menu of one of chef David McMillan's restaurant, renowned around the world!

C’est en 2016 que le jeune couple formé d’Emile Robert et d’Eve Larouche Laliberté a fait l’acquisition d’un verger en activité depuis le début des années 80: Casa Breton, à Saint-Henri-de-Lévis, un petit village dans le comté de Bellechasse.
