Discover berry creams, Le Ricaneux aperitif, Le Rosé mousseux (sparkling wine) made out of strawberries and raspberries, and Le Portageur (port style), a fortified wine with berries and maple. Foody Nature The gourmet getway of Discover your Quebec in Bellechasse!

Just back from Lanaudière, I already wanted to leave again and discover another region of Quebec. So, on a beautiful Sunday, I took the road towards Bellechasse, in Chaudière-Appalaches. In my opinion, this is a region that is little known and yet full of local discoveries. After a short visit to the Chaudières-Appalaches tourism website, I left for the day.
