DAY 1

Start your day with a round of golf at club de Golf Dorchester  (open from may to october) or by a visit in a unique and so welcoming zoo that it is by rehabilitating and saving animals that it originally came into existence. This is the Miller Zoo  !

1st stop : Frampton Brasse
Speciality : Beers of German inspiration 

After your golf game or your visit at the zoo, head to the Frampton Brasse to taste one of their beers of distinctio. Enjoy the view from the terrace to admire the great Appalachian landscape. Take your car and head to Sainte-Marie for your 2nd microbrewery stop of the day at the GibooGrill.

2nd stop : Microbrasserie GibooGrill  (Following the recent flood, the reopening is scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2019)
Speciality : 16 artisanal beers brewed on site

Enjoy a tasty steak house style dish and match it with their own craft beers. Enjoy the view from their terrace overlooking the Chaudière River. Stay in the area to spend the night in Sainte-Marie or Scott  in the accomodation of your choice.

DAY 2

In the morning, head to Saint-Philémon to discover all the grandeur and beauty of the parc Régional du Massif du Sud during a hike. A dozen trails ranging from 4 to 18 km of different levels of difficulty are proposed. Then, take the road towards Buckland to discover a charming pub: the Pub de la Contrée et Microbrasserie de Bellechasse for lunch (from thursday to sunday).

3rd stop : Pub de la contrée et microbrasserie de Bellechasse
Speciality : Long aging beers inspired by the villages of Bellechasse

Sit at the bar or comfortably by the fire and enjoy your meal with a good beer in this warm environment created from old materials from the area!

After this lunch break, take the road again and go to St-Jean-Port-Joli at Ras'L'Bock. In the afternoon, take the opportunity to visit St-Jean-Port-Joli and soak up the artistic fiber of this village recognized by its passionate artisans and their works of art!

4th stop :  Ras L’Bock
Spéciality : IPA and limited edition beers

Four your afternoon break, this microbrewery, whose pub is located opposite the village wharf, offers more than a dozen cask beers at all times as well as a superb terrace with a view of the river. Furthermore,  it is not the choice of restaurants  and places to spend the night that is missing in St-Jean-Port-Joli. It's worth staying there to continue your visit!

DAY 3

After a good breakfast, take the Navigators road towards Montmagny for lunch time! Take the opportunity to visit the musée maritime du Québec - Capitaine J.E. Bernier in L'Islet en route.

5th stop : Microbrasserie Côte-du-Sud
Speciality : Craft beers and IPA

The Microbrasserie Côte-du-Sud and its large terrace is the perfect stop to make another brewery discovery that will perfectly accompany your meal!

Drive on the Route des Navigateurs and discover the villages of Berthier-Sur-Mer, Saint-Vallier, Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse and Beaumont before going to the revitalized sector of the traverse Québec-Lévis  with its breathtaking views of Quebec City and the Château Frontenac.

6th stop :  Corsaire Pub Microbrasserie
Speciality : English style beers

Walk to the Corsaire Pub Microbrasserie to savor one of their multiple medal-winning beers and enjoy their outdoor terrace with a view of Quebec City. Enjoy the evening to relax in Old Lévis or enjoy the bustle of activity around Quai Paquet on a beautiful summer evening. Spend the night in Lévis in preparation for your last day of brewing discoveries!

DAY 4

Take Route 132 towards Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly. En route, make a stop in the village of Saint-Antoine-de-Tilly to walk and discover all its charm or head to Saint-Flavien at the boutique & Salon St-Flavien from la Boîte à Malt.

7th stop :  La Confrérie Microbrasserie
Speciality : Fruit beers of artisanal manufacture

(Terrace only. Open from June 24th to Thanksgiving weekend) Meet at La Confrérie Microbrasserie to discover this artisan brewery in an orchard. Their summer back terrace overlooking the orchards, is the ideal excuse to end your trip by tasting a fruit beer in an enchanting and relaxing environment.

8th stop : la Boite à Malt
Spéciality : Beers of english, belgian, american and norwegian inspiration.

A shop and a tasting room are since 2018 annexed to their factory in Saint-Flavien. Over there, you can buy their products, their bottled beers or have your jugs filled for more variety. At the tasting room with a warm and modern decor, you can taste their products and eat a bite.
