La Fontaine du Quai Paquet is the perfect place to relax, have a picnic… and get drenched! Located on the banks of the river in Lévis, with a breathtaking view of Old Quebec, luminous water features and entertainment all summer long, it’s a must-see from mid-May to mid-October.

The Quai Paquet is the scene of your fondest memories. Comfortably seated on the urban furniture, you watch the panorama and relax while your children play in the 169 jets rising up to 9 meters high. The moment is simply perfect.

All summer long | Sound and light show

Every evening, the Quai Paquet fountain comes alive with sound and light. Three different shows are presented in alternation. Some evenings feature dancers.

June 13 to 15 – Lévisium | Festival de science

Quai Paquet is transformed into an open-air lab! Come and meet enthusiasts who make science rhyme with fascination and interaction. Perfect for curious young and old alike.

June 26 to 29 – Festibière de Lévis

Dozens of microbreweries, cideries, distilleries, foodtrucks and a festive musical program await you. A chill atmosphere, local discoveries and a breathtaking view of the river. What more could you ask for?

July 31 to August 23 – Grands Feux Loto-Québec

One of the finest vantage points from which to admire this grandiose pyromusical spectacle. Each fire is a work of art to be savoured with your eyes raised, with Quebec City illuminated in the background.

Summer 2025 – A festive playground for the whole family

Street arts, circus, music, cultural discoveries, outdoor games and shows… all summer long, Quai Paquet is brimming with entertainment for young and old. The program is coming soon – stay tuned to make sure you don’t miss a thing!

Nuggets just a stone’s throw from Quai Paquet!

Have a drink at Le Corsaire, explore the Chantier A.C. Davie, walk along the river on the Parcours des Anses, then finish up in style at Galerie Louise-Carrier or in an intimate venue like L’Anglicane. Here, everything is within walking distance, and every detour is worth a visit.

  • When is it open?
    • May 16 to October 12, 2025: 7 days a week, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
    • Swimming permitted from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. until the Sound and Light Show
    • No swimming allowed (when jets are at maximum power): 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
  • What are the rates?

    Access to Quai Paquet is 100% free – Plus, enjoy 90 minutes of free parking in one of Patro de Lévis’s three parking lots, all within a stone’s throw of the site.

  • Street food trucks ($)

    From June 13 to September 1ᵉʳ (to be confirmed), these street food trucks will be present in 2025 on a variable schedule: to be added when we have confirmation.

  • La Navette Paquet ($) (content to be confirmed/validated)

    The Navette Paquet will be in service at the following events (to be confirmed):

    • Festibière de Lévis and Transat-Québec-Saint-Malo- June 26 and 27, 5:30 pm to 11 pm- June 28, 1 pm to 11 pm- June 29, 1 pm to 7 pm
    • Grands Feux Loto-Québec- July 31, 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, August 23, 5:30 pm to 11 pm
    • Family Weekend- August 16 and 17, 1 pm to 7 pm

    Boarding at the intersection of Rue des Commandeurs and Rue du Charbonnier (Desjardins parking lot). Departures every 20 minutes.

    • 11 and under: free
    • 12 years and over: $2 per passage

    Opus card and Nomade Paiement application accepted
